CAMPSITES

 All sites offer electric and water and most sites offer sewer hookup.  Electric is included with overnight stays. Seasonal and monthly rates are billed monthly for electric.  All campsites are 25 to 30 feet wide and have lengths between 60 to 75 feet.   Please see campground map for layout of sites.  All rates are subject to state sales tax of 5.5%.  Rates are subject to change.

Seasonal campsites require $150 down at booking with full payment due by April 15th.

Monthly rates require a $100 deposit at booking.

Overnight stays require one night's deposit at booking.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Seasonal Sites:  If cancelled on or after March 1st of the current year, deposit will be forfeited. 

If you wish to cancel after full seasonal payment has been made, the following refund policy will be followed:

 If you cancel and vacate your seasonal site by May 15th of the contract year, you will be refunded 50% of the total current seasonal fee you already paid minus one month site fee at the current monthly rate. No refunds will be given on seasonal campsite fees after May 15th of the contract year.

 

Overnight sites:  If cancelled within 48 hours of check-in time, first night rate will be forfeited.

 

Monthly: If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, deposit will be forfeited.

*If you cancel prior to the times stated above, your deposit will be refunded less our cancellation fee which is between 3.0% and 3.6% of the deposit amount.

*If you are a no show on the first day of your reservation and do not contact us, the remainder of your reservation will be cancelled.
